Woodington 40MW PV farm

The client has applied to SEPD to connect a new PV Farm. The maximum export capacity of the plant is 40 MVA, connection via a loop-in/loop-out into the existing Marchwood to Andover 132 kV overhead line.

Non-Contestable scope included design of a loop-in/loop-out connection and protection upgrades at the remote ends.

Contestable scope was to design a new DNO substation and a new customer substation to connect the PV farm.

Cannon Power Solutions worked closely with the DNO and the customer to deliver both contestable and non-contestable design.
